Adam Palfrey has been with the company for 7 years and brings a deep understanding of both engineering and office operations. As Technical Compliance Manager, he ensures our work meets the highest standards across all areas.

Abi has recently joined Approved Air as our Management Accountant. She brings a strong financial background and is focused on supporting the business with clear, accurate reporting and financial insight.

Janice Walker manages the engineers’ workload with expertise and efficiency. Her experience ensures smooth scheduling and effective coordination across the team.

Adrian Bell is an experienced clean-air and filtration consultant with over 16 years working across healthcare, laboratories and critical-environment sites. He specialises in ISO 16890 and Eurovent standards, helping clients improve air quality, energy performance and compliance through clear, practical solutions.

Adrian is known for his technical knowledge, honest advice and ability to turn complex requirements into simple, effective strategies. He works closely with clients to deliver safer, cleaner and more efficient environments.

Callum Watts has recently joined us as a Business Administration Apprentice in partnership with Weston College. He’s eager to learn and contribute as he develops his skills within the company.

Phoebe Wills has recently joined us as a Business Administration Apprentice in partnership with Weston College. She’s enthusiastic about gaining experience and growing her skills with the team.

Joe is one of our Business Administration Apprentices through Weston College. He is developing his skills across multiple areas and brings enthusiasm and attention to detail to the team.

John Matthews is a senior M&E engineer with over 25 years of industry experience, working across HVAC, ventilation, refrigeration, and electrical systems. John brings a depth of knowledge, technical maturity, and real-world problem-solving ability that only decades in the field can deliver.

Fully F-Gas certified and trained in electrical installation, diagnostics, and compliance, John is trusted for his precision, reliability, and high-standard workmanship. His expertise spans system maintenance, fault-finding, plant optimisation, commissioning, and safety-critical testing across commercial, industrial, and healthcare environments.

Known for his calm approach, technical accuracy, and commitment to doing the job right the first time, John plays a crucial role in ensuring building services operate safely, efficiently, and fully in line with UK regulations.

Chris Hawkins is one of our ventilation engineers, always keen to expand his knowledge and improve his skills.
